HYROX is a global fitness race — the same format in every city, every event, worldwide. Eight functional workout stations, each separated by a 1km run. Simple to understand. Not so simple to execute well.

Unlike traditional obstacle races or one-off fitness comps, HYROX uses a standardized format that rewards consistent training, smart pacing, and genuine fitness.

What are we doing at Trident?

Every Sunday at Trident Training Club, we run a dedicated HYROX session open to anyone who wants to train.

No experience necessary. No long term commitment required to come and try it.

HYROX is a global fitness race — eight functional stations, each separated by a 1km run. It's one of the fastest growing competitive fitness events in the world, and it rewards exactly the kind of training we do here: strength, conditioning, and the ability to keep moving when it gets hard.

Sunday sessions are built around the race format. We work the specific stations, build the conditioning to hold pace across all of them, and teach you how to actually race smart. Whether you've never heard of HYROX or you've already signed up for an event, this is where you get prepared.
