What Is Trident Training Club?

Trident Training Club is a performance training facility built for athletes and working adults who want to move better, feel better, and perform at a higher level.

We coach with intention, program with purpose, and hold a standard that raises everyone who trains here.

Group Classes: $20–30 per session

Our adult and athlete classes are intentionally programmed and coached to help you feel better, build strength, move well, and train consistently without beating your body up. They’re three day a week full body programs that develop your strength, stamina and resilience.

Private Training: $75-105 per session

If someone wants competitive powerlifting, we recommend Gaglione Strength because that’s their world.
If someone is more into yoga and sculpt, we recommend Soleil Studio right around the corner from us and I know they will love their experience there and we even have had a few collaborations with them!
